This position was previously held by Herrling Clark Attorney Andrew J. Rossmeissl. Commissioners of Condemnation are appointed by Circuit Court judges and serve for a three-year term.

Herrling Clark Law Firm launches #We’re With You Wednesday APPLETON, WI – In an effort to help local small businesses during the economic slowdown caused by the COVID-19 virus, Appleton-based law firm Herrling Clark will be buying gift cards from local businesses and then giving them away to the community at large via social media.

Herrling Clark will launch the effort, called #WereWithYouWednesday, on Wednesday, March 25th. Attorneys from the firm will purchase gift cards from a variety of local restaurant and retail businesses. The gift cards will then be given away via the firm’s Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Herrling Clark will post the “gift card of the day” each Wednesday morning in the coming weeks on its Facebook and Instagram accounts. Anyone who comments on the cards before 9 p.m. that evening will be entered into a drawing with winners announced the following Thursday morning. It’s possible that on some days there may be more than one gift card available.

The name “Lonergan” among members of the State Bar has become synonymous with “mock trial” over the years because of Kevin’s tireless committed service to this program and to the young people of Wisconsin.

Kevin began coaching mock trial at Xavier High School in 2000 and was fortunate to coach three of his four children. During his thirteen-year tenure with the program, the Xavier mock trial team qualified for the State competition all thirteen years. He coached three State Champion Teams (in 2009, 2011, and 2012) and had the distinguished honor in 2011 to lead his young attorneys to a seventh-place finish at the national competition held in Phoenix, Arizona. During his time at Xavier, Kevin had the privilege to coach alongside other talented attorneys and jurist, including Outagamie County Circuit Court Judges Mitch Metropulos, Gregory B. Gill, Jr., and Carrie Schneider.

FVTC’s employer advisory committees help guide the curriculum for FVTC occupational programs, providing real-world business expertise that better prepares graduates for employment in their prospective industries. In FVTC’s paralegal program, students work with lawyers for investigations, interviews, and court preparation. The course also covers legal research, legal technology, and law office management.
