Horrible experience. Hired Adam Bernander for a divorce case, worst mistake I have ever made. He does not care about you or your case, they only care about cashing your checks. Communication is an absolute joke. After 6 months of getting absolutely nothing accomplished I fired them and went elsewhere. Spoke with the firms president Greg Curtis about his attorneys performance and he simply didn't care.

Herrling Clark has been my law firm for almost 3 years and they do a great job for what I need.

Kelly Kelly was the worst divorce lawyer ever. She just sits there and collects your money. She did not fight for me at all. The other lawyer walked all over her, and she just let him. I would never recommend her to anyone. I also give her negative stars.

I wish I would have posted this a few years ago but didn’t until I kept seeing the commercials on being voted “The Best”. I had Attorney Kelly and I was walked all over and lost huge financially in a divorce. She had zero fight against his no name attorney and the horrible Calumet County Judge. I feel she had no voice and was very quiet, just accepting of what his attorney was doing and I ended up walking away with her saying, “I don’t understand what happened in there”. Well not a single soul, including other attorneys, does either. She is nice but not a fighter if you need one. I paid a TON of money due to his lack of response and Atty Kelly had to keep on them, plus she filed all the final paperwork of which I got charged. It was all about the money for this law firm, not representation.

I have called 3 times in the last 2 weeks to find out information regarding my case. Each time I have been told that Tyler will get back to me. Have not received a call back yet. His secretary was very rude and unprofessional.

I think the best part about hiring Herrling Clark was not having to deal with the insurance company anymore. Kristen Scheuerman and Jaimie Topinka were always easy to reach for any questions I had or to update me on the case, even though I lived 200 miles away. While no one wants to be in a position where they need an attorney to look out for their best interests I would highly recommend they come here if that circumstance occurs.

Three years ago, I was struck by car while walking in a crosswalk in my town. My father actually found this law firm and hired attorney Mike Siddall for a lawsuit against the person who hit me and Pekin insurance. After a three year struggle, and coming close to going to court, the case was finally settled. It took a long time and a lot of work for Mike but I can't be any more grateful for his time and patience with the case. Mike is a very friendly and ethical lawyer who knows his job and the law like a book. He even discounted his service so I could keep as much of the money that came out of my settlement. If I do have any more issues, and hopefully I won't, I'm definitely going to hire him again. I highly recommend going to Mike and I write this review in thanks to him and Herrling Clark for the hard work and job well done from my father and me.

I had a car accident case with Attorney John Claypool and his staff Tami Wunderlich and Amanda Benton which all of them were amazing, They answered every question I had with no hesitation and in a timely manor. With the difficulties we were having with the billing company where my medical bills were accumulating, Many times the clinic would say the bills weren't paid and they were outstanding, which never was the case, but ended up being an error on their end. I would call Tami and she made sure to get things figured out with them ASAP. No matter how many times I contacted her about the unpaid bills and the troubles with the clinic, she had a phone call into them with in hours and it all fixed within a day or two! She definitely eliminated the majority of the stress someone is bound to have when dealing with a car accident, the pain and the unwanted and unexpected medical bills. I unfortunately didn't have much contact with Amanda only because I had worked with Tami so much, but the little I did she was great and always was helpful.
