Michael C. MenghiniAppleton, Wisconsin
Michael Menghini joined the Herrling Clark Law Firm in June, 2009. He is an associate and a member of the Firm's business practice group. His practice includes varied areas, with a focus on business and commercial litigation, real estate, estate planning, business transactions and municipal law. Michael received his BS in Accounting in 2006 from Franciscan University. During his undergraduate studies, Michael served as an assistant in the Internal Revenue Service Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. Michael then went on to attend Marquette University Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. While attending law school, Michael served as an intern for the Honorable Kitty K. Brennan of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Michael also worked at a local tax clinic where he represented low-income taxpayers in matters with the Internal Revenue Service and/or who had cases before the United States Tax Court, as well as counseled persons with English as a second language about their rights and responsibilities under the Internal Revenue Code.
